Returns & Exchanges
It will only be possible to cancel a purchase by contacting us at contacto@witral.cl or at the number (+56) 9 92248143, before the shipment has been made.
If payment was made by bank transfer, the refund will be made via electronic transfer to the bank account indicated by the customer.
If you have paid through WebPay, we will manage the cancellation of the purchase with them and refund the money to your debit or credit card.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have two options:
- Money back within 10 days of purchase
- Exchange within 90 days of purchase
This must be done by email to contacto@witral.cl indicating the products you want to change, then manage the shipment of the products to this address, and we will send you the products you request. Both additional shipments are the customer's responsibility.
In both cases, the products must be presented in perfect condition along with proof of purchase.
At Witral we reserve the right to make or not make the exchange depending on the condition of the products.
The amount paid for shipping will not be refunded.
