1. COVERAGE
• We ship throughout Chile via FedEx. The shipping method and tracking code will be sent to your email once your purchase is shipped from our distribution center.
2. DELIVERY TIMES
• Delivery times depend on each product and the date is considered from the confirmation of payment.
• When an order contains products with different delivery times, the longest delivery time will be taken as the delivery time limit.
• Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. These can be delivered to third parties (family members or concierges). We recommend that you let us know that you will receive an order in your name.
• It is the customer's responsibility to send a valid address that ensures receipt of the order during delivery time. Delays caused by: the absence of the customer at the time of delivery, incorrect registration information, the customer's refusal to accept the shipment and change of address are not the responsibility of Witral. Any of these cases are the responsibility of the customer, who must pay again to coordinate the reshipment.
3. SHIPPING COSTS
• Shipping costs are fixed for each region. Please review our shipping costs in the shipping table shown on the left of this page.
• Extreme regions (Arica and Parinacota, Tarapacá, Antofagasta, Aysén and Magallanes) can opt for “cash on delivery”; to do this, they must contact hola@depto51.cl to coordinate.
