Do you ship to all of Chile?
Yes, we ship all over Chile! We currently work with FedEx, which ships to all regions of Chile.
How can I make my purchases?
You just have to add the products you want to your cart, enter your details, address (remember to select your commune carefully) and finally, select the payment method that best suits you.
I need a product before the delivery times. How to manage it more quickly?
In that case, we can arrange an Express Dispatch! Contact us via the chat on the website or via email indicating the product you need, when and at what address. We quote the shipping cost and if you agree, we will manage it!
Is it safe to make a purchase on the site?
Fully! At Witral we work with high security standards and all information entered on our site is kept strictly confidential. We only ask that you enter the information necessary for the payment and shipping of your purchase. Witral does NOT store your credit card or bank account information.
What payment methods can be used?
You can pay with credit and debit cards issued in Chile and/or electronic transfer to our account.
I selected transfer and I have not received the data
Remember to check your inbox and spam, if you haven't received them, write to us indicating your order number so we can send them to you.
How do I know that everything is okay with my purchase?
Once you make your purchase, you will receive an email confirming your order. At the top it will appear “Order 12345” with this number you can identify your purchase later.
I wrote down my address incorrectly when placing my order. How can I fix this?
We recommend that you pay close attention when writing it and review it carefully before continuing with the purchase. If the auto-completion failed you, please write to us as soon as possible informing us of the error and your order number, so we can fix it before it is shipped.
The delivery deadline for my order has already passed and nothing has arrived
